From the Sunnah: say سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ (SubhanAllah) 33 times, الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ (Alhamdulillah) 33 times and اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ (Allahu Akbar) 33 times, then complete one hundred with (Sahih Muslim 597)
